RadEye™ SPRD-GN Description

The Thermo Scientific™ RadEye™ SPRD-GN is an advanced personal radiation detector combining gamma detection, gamma radionuclide identification and neutron detection in a compact handheld instrument.

Designed for security, defence, nuclear, emergency response and radiation monitoring applications, the SPRD-GN provides rapid detection of radioactive material while helping operators identify and assess potential radiation threats.

Its high neutron sensitivity enables fast neutron alarming, while advanced background rejection helps distinguish artificial radiation from naturally occurring radioactive material and reduce nuisance alarms. The single-detector design combines multiple detection capabilities in a lightweight, rugged instrument suitable for everyday field deployment.
