Eckert & Ziegler E Vials (RV Vials) are dose calibrator reference sources designed to provide a safe and convenient method for calibrating instruments used in nuclear medicine. Each standard is supplied in a 27 mL polyethylene vial and is calibrated in terms of activity contained in an aqueous solution. The sources are NIST traceable within ±5% at the 99% confidence level.
