The Carestream NDT HPX-DR 2530 PH is a compact digital radiography (DR) detector combining high-resolution 98 μm imaging with a rugged non-glass construction designed specifically for industrial NDT.
Its high spatial resolution provides excellent visibility of small defects and fine details, making it particularly suited to applications where image quality and defect detection are critical.
The compact 25 × 30 cm format allows the detector to be positioned in confined areas, between components and in locations where larger DR panels cannot easily be used. This makes it particularly valuable for complex inspection geometries and field radiography.
Unlike conventional glass-based flat panel detectors, its non-glass construction provides greater resistance to the rigours of industrial environments, helping reduce the risk of costly detector damage while improving equipment uptime and productivity.
When combined with Carestream NDT INDUSTREX digital imaging software, the HPX-DR 2530 PH provides an efficient digital workflow from image acquisition through to evaluation and reporting.
