The Perflexion™ Co-57 Flood Source provides a highly uniform field of radiation for the quality control and performance evaluation of nuclear medicine gamma cameras.
Its patented flexible construction offers a major advantage over conventional rigid flood sources, allowing the source to be rolled for compact storage and transportation before returning to a flat configuration for use. This reduces both storage requirements and the physical bulk associated with traditional flood sources.
