The ZEISS BOSELLO OMNIA is an advanced automated 2D X-ray inspection system developed for manufacturers requiring high-volume, 100% inspection of production components.
Built for harsh production environments and multi-shift operation, BOSELLO OMNIA combines robust industrial construction with configurable automation to deliver fast and consistent inspection of a wide range of cast components.
The system can be combined with Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) software to automate the identification of internal defects, supporting objective and repeatable quality decisions while reducing reliance on manual image interpretation.
A dedicated pallet loading system enables component loading and changing to take place in parallel with inspection, helping minimise non-productive time and maximise system utilisation. This makes BOSELLO OMNIA particularly suited to high-volume manufacturing operations where inspection needs to keep pace with production.
