Gulmay Oil Coolers are high-performance recirculating cooling systems designed specifically for bipolar X-ray tubes where electrical insulation is required within the coolant loop.
Available with 4 kW and 4.5 kW cooling capacities, the systems provide effective heat removal from high-power X-ray tubes during demanding industrial radiography and NDT applications.
Oil is continuously recirculated through the X-ray tube using a high-pressure pump, providing the flow required to efficiently transfer heat away from the tube while maintaining the necessary insulating properties of the cooling circuit.
Integrated flow and over-temperature interlocks provide additional X-ray tube protection, helping ensure the system operates only when appropriate cooling conditions are maintained. The units are well suited to integration into high-power X-ray cabinets, inspection cells and bespoke industrial X-ray systems.
