The ZEISS OMNIA GC 220-180 is a next-generation automated X-ray inspection system developed for the quality assurance of large-scale castings and components, particularly where high throughput and repeatable defect detection are essential.
With a large 2200 × 1800 × 900 mm inspection volume, OMNIA GC enables manufacturers to inspect sizeable and geometrically complex components while maintaining a relatively compact system footprint. Its flexible X-ray imaging capability allows inspection of difficult-to-reach features and internal structures that cannot be assessed using conventional visual inspection methods.
Designed around an automated inspection workflow, the system can significantly reduce inspection cycle times while providing consistent, repeatable results. Automated defect detection and rejection can further reduce operator dependency and support integration into modern production and quality-control processes.
