CB-60 – Calibration Bench Description
The Bertin VF Nuclear CB-60 Calibration Bench is designed to accurately position radiation measurement instruments within a defined ionising radiation field, providing the precise and repeatable geometry required for professional calibration and metrology applications.
The system enables the source-to-instrument distance to be accurately set up to 10 metres, allowing instruments to be positioned at precisely defined points within the radiation field. This supports accurate calibration at required dose or dose-rate values.
Designed for use in both gamma and neutron calibration laboratories, the CB-60 can accommodate a wide range of radiation monitoring and measurement equipment from different manufacturers. Multiple instruments can also be positioned for irradiation where required.
High positioning accuracy, remote operation and integrated levelling features make the CB-60 particularly suitable for calibration laboratories where repeatability, traceability and efficient instrument handling are essential.
